I diced the sausage to get those crispy chunks. You cook this pretty much the same way as Christisn. You’ll need some chorizo, ortego green chilis, 2-3 eggs, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, garlic clove, soy sauce & optional cayenne pepper & spicy sesame oil. One of the ramen recipes I developed while craving ramen in the Army barracks has a Mexican bent to it. One of the better dry store bought ramens that I am now loving is the ramen packs from Public Goods. Also, a nice addition which adds some kick is spicy sesame oil. You can make a nice soy garlic broth simply by using some of the packets & adding soy sauce & some sauteed garlic to the broth. As far as the store bought ramen soup packs, definitely chop it in half. The possibilities with ramen are endless as you can season it in myriad ways & add various meats & veggies. I can eat the $1 Maruchen ramen packs to fresh ramen from a good Japanese restaurant. Ramen is one of my favorite meals & comfort foods. I prefer to use Goya Sazon, not only for its flavor but also for its color.
